Michael Mina and Charlie Palmer will host The Second Annual Culinary Kickoff Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Mina’s flagship namesake restaurant, located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, one block off Super Bowl City – the hub of Super Bowl 50 activation. The revered chefs will be joined by peers Todd English, Ming Tsai and David Burke to prepare a four-course meal for an intimate and exclusive guest list of 80 people whose cost of attending will directly benefit The Culinary Institute of America’s Culinary Kickoff Youth Scholarship Fund. The dinner will be preceded by a cocktail party where guests can sample wine from vintners with ties to the NFL and will be followed by a not-to-be-missed after party with a special musical performance by a surprise artist… to be named shortly!

2nd Annual Culinary Kickoff event hosted by Master Chefs Michael Mina and Charlie Palmer and friends.

Special guests to include NFL and other athletes, musical talent and celebrities.

This exceptional event will include a two-hour cocktail reception, followed by a five-course dinner specially prepared by the chefs and paired with elite vintners and conclude with dessert during the after party which will kick off the weekend in style.

5:30 – 7:30 PM Cocktail Reception with Celebrity Winemakers

7:30 PM 5-course menu prepared by Celebrity Chefs Michael Mina, Charlie Palmer, Todd English, Ming Tsai, David Burke and paired with elite vintners. Special guests to include Hall of Fame Running Back and NFL Network analyst, Marshall Faulk and surprise special musical performance.

10:30 PM – 2:00 AM Exclusive After Party including DJ performance
