This year’s event is hosted and curated by culinary superstars: Andrew Zimmern, Carla Hall, Mark Bucher, Lasheeda Perry, Sayat Ozyilmaz, and Laura Ozyilmaz, along with appearances by NFL greats. A purchase of a ticket to Taste of the NFL, not only allows you access to an amazing party but more importantly, helps contribute to the fight against hunger. “All net proceeds benefit GENYOUth to help tackle food insecurity among children nationwide through the End Student Hunger fund. This worthy cause will provide schools nationwide with the resources and equipment needed to help feed food insecure children – especially the 30 million children who depend on school meals for an important part of their daily nutrition. GENYOUth is a national 501(c)(3) non profit organization.” Taste of NFL raises awareness and funds for hunger-relief organizations, including Feeding America and its affiliates nationwide. Last year, Taste of the NFL event held in New Orleans generated $2.2 million in revenue, which benefited approximately 1,000 schools and 540,000 students by increasing access to 146 million school meals in all 32 NFL club markets. For over 30 years the Taste of the NFL has helped tackle hunger among children, particularly the 1 in 8 who are food insecure, “One in five children in the Bay Area lives in poverty and more than three-quarters of school-aged kids across the country aren’t getting the daily physical activity their growing bodies and minds need. These aren’t just statistics — they represent real children falling behind every single day. We cannot wait.”
This NFL-sanctioned event features: an unbelievable amount of high quality food, dozens of autograph opportunities with NFL alumni, entertainment, alcohol, and informal celeb meet-and-greets. This event also offers a “delight in tasting national and regional food specialties, sipping thirst-quenching beverages, mingling with NFL players and celebrity guests – all while enjoying the most delicious pre-Super Bowl party! And you’ll do with your heart as you’ll be supporting a worthy cause.” Celebrity chefs will serve up their culinary creations for close to and possibly over 2,500 guests.
This one of a kind event plans to have: delicious food, culinary specialties, special guests, Bay Area top chefs, wine, beer, signature drinks, incredible surprises and delightful moments. As if all the amazing chefs, food and entertainment wasn’t enough, this spectacular event will be held at The Hibernia in San Francisco, CA!
In the past, many celebrities: Ludacris, Alyssa Milano, Nick Lachey, and countless others, have attended and stopped in for some of the amazing food! This is a perfect event for singles, couples, friends and a great place to entertain & easily converse with clients. All of this year’s event proceeds are dedicated to support GENYOUth’s (https:/genyouthnow.org/) commitment to end student hunger and benefit schools in the Bay Area and throughout the nation.
