An annual sports event, The Sports Power Brunch: Celebrating the Most Powerful Women in Sports™, focuses on women throughout the sports industry and for the past 6 years has hosted the brunch in each Super Bowl city. Its creator, LaTonya Story, is a seasoned “sports communications and marketing executive, CEO and Founder of LPS Consulting PR.”  Those lucky enough to attend will be entertained by a day filled with “empowerment, inspired conversations, interactive brand activations, and networking with today’s sports, entertainment & business industry leaders.”

Past events have donated to nonprofit beneficiaries including: The Power of Girls, Winning Edge Leadership Academy, American Cancer Society, A10tion Foundation, student stipends, Rising Media Stars, Inc., and the Sterling Legacy Fund. The Sports Power Brunch has contributed over $60,000 since its commencement. Not only have they donated proceeds, they partnered with Prime Video and donated a basketball court called Sterling Courts in memorialization of LaTonya Story’s son at the Downtown Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada. Sport Court of Nevada was both the designer and installer of this amazing court!

For the third year in a row, Taylor Rooks will be the host. She is the “Host & Executive Producer of Taylor Rooks X Bleacher Report + TNT Sports, Feature Reporter & Amazon’s Thursday Night Football!” This Super Bowl event with take place at the Four Seasons New Orleans on Wednesday, February 5th.
