Described as a culinary experience in itself, The Players Super Bowl Tailgate features an open premium bar and all-you-can-eat dining with gourmet dishes such as Lobster Tails, Stone Crab, Tuna Carpaccio, Smoked Salmon, Raw Seafood Bar, Shrimp and Oysters on the Half Shell served by renowned local chefs. Guests enjoy a hospitality lounge lined with private tables, where they can watch ESPN’s pre-game coverage broadcast on large plasma televisions. When it’s time for the Super Bowl, guests travel to and from the Super Bowl stadium by round trip private motor coach.

Not just one, but two local celebrity chefs are serving up a five-star dining experience at The 2015 Players Super Bowl Tailgate in Phoenix, host city of Super Bowl XLIX. Beau MacMillan is the award-winning Executive Chef of Sanctuary on Camel Mountain and its signature restaurant, elements. The Food Network star and Iron Chef Americawinner who is famous for defeating Iron Chef Bobby Flay has a passion for fresh ingredients, locally farmed produce, meats and artisan delicacies. His culinary innovation has garnered national recognition and acclaim, landing him guest appearances on NBC’s The Today Show five times, as well as Food Network favorites Best Things I Ever Ate and Guy’s Grocery Games, and hosting duties on Worst Cooks in America. In addition to serving as personal chef for Wayne Gretzky and his family, Chef MacMillan has prepared meals for President Bush, Britney Spears, U2, Michele Richard, Jacques Pepin, Michele Roux Sr., The James Beard House and Bon Appetit Magazine. Aaron May is the local restaurateur and culinary legend behind several Paradise Valley restaurants, includingOver Easy, 18 Degrees, The Lodge and Mabel’s on Main. Chef May is classically trained in Paris at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier and is inducted into the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame in 2010 as a “Chef Extraordinaire.” He has been featured on Food Network’s wildly popular Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and TLC’s Best Food Ever. His fiercely loyal fan base has recognized him with many local awards, including “Best Tapas” and “Best Speakeasy,” and he has also garnered attention from national publications such as Food & Wine, Condé Nast Traveler, Sunset Magazine and USA Today. Chef MacMillan and Chef May join a celebrated line-up of chefs local to previous Super Bowl host cities who have treated guests at The Players Super Bowl Tailgate to lavish five-star dining that features local flavors, including Chef Marcus Samuelsson in New York for Super Bowl 48 and Chef John Besh in New Orleans for Super Bowl 47. The 2014 event menu selected by Chef Samuelsson and catered by his Harlem Red Rooster included outstanding delectables such as Gourmet Mac and Greens, Harlem Chowder with Lobster, Clams and Mussels, Fried Yardbird, Chicken & Waffles and Red Velvet Whoopie Pies.

The Host – Just Announced!
Welcome back, Lindsay Czarniak! The ESPN Anchor returns as Master of Ceremonies for the second year in a row. Our first two-time emcee will introduce all the active NFL player guests similar to her Pick 6 interviews, a weekly SportsCenter segment on ESPN Front Row where she asks an NFL player three questions and the player reveals three things about themselves fans might not know. Her engaging interviews have become fan favorites.

Bullseye Event Group will transform a 29,000-square-foot, one-level permanent building at Tanger Outlets in Glendale into a first-class space worthy of our signature pre-game Super Bowl party. Located within walking distance from University of Phoenix Stadium, our custom high-end hospitality center is going to amaze our guests … filled with private party areas, high top tables and soft leather furniture, it will have the atmosphere one of a lush, luxurious lounge made especially for our kind of VIP tailgating. Guests are going to experience ESPN Game Day Super Bowl pre-game coverage on four large jumbo television screens and 24 large 55-inch flat screens, plus enjoy five hours of all-you-can-eat, gourmet dining and an open premium bar. What’s more … we can park corporate buses right outside the front door, so transportation to the Super Bowl will be fast and easy! This venue will rival New York City’sGotham Hall in the heart of Super Bowl Boulevard, which is where The Players Super Bowl Tailgate took place in 2014. Sweet!
